1. Welcome to Kukui

Kukui is a WhatsApp bot service that helps with home management — shopping lists, reminders, tasks, and weekly activity schedules. Access to and use of the Service is subject to the terms detailed in this document. Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Minimum age to use the Service: 16 years.
  • The Service is intended for personal and family use only.
  • A valid phone number with an active WhatsApp account is required.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the Service for personal home and family management.
  • Share account access with family members.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system.
  • Send offensive, illegal, or spam content.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, design, source code, and original content belong to Kukui. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

5. Service Availability

The Service is in BETA and we aim for maximum availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or service interruptions as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties. Kukui shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of reminders, data, or business losses.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or close an account that has violated these Terms of Use, at our sole discretion. Users may request account closure at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Israel.
