Getting Started

3 simple steps — under a minute

Send Kukui your first message

Open a WhatsApp chat with Kukui and send any message. Kukui will ask you to choose a language — tap 🇮🇱 עברית or 🌐 English.

Confirm your account

Kukui will show your account details and the free trial offer 🎁. Review the terms of service and tap Yes ✓ to continue.

Your account is ready! 🎉

That's it — your account is created instantly. Your time zone is detected automatically from your phone number. First-time users get a free premium month (AI + free conversation).

Optional steps after registration

Connect Google Calendar optional

Kukui will ask if you'd like to connect your Google Calendar. Tap 📅 Yes, connect calendar and you'll be taken to Google's authorization page. You can also do this later via ⚙️ Settings → 🗓 Google Calendar.

Invite family members optional

Kukui will ask if you'd like to invite family members. Tap ✉️ Yes, invite now to get an invite code (valid 24 hours). You can also skip and invite later via ⚙️ Settings → 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Management.

Invite family members, up to 6 people per account

Inviting a Family Member

Quick Method — Direct Message

Send to Kukui: "invite 050-1234567" with the family member's phone number. Kukui will send them an invitation directly.

Through the Menu

Send "menu" ← Select ⚙️ Settings ← 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Management ← ➕ Invite Member. You'll receive an invite code to share.

Family Member Joins

They'll receive a WhatsApp message with a code (KUKUI-XXXXXX) and a link to join. They'll send the code to Kukui and complete a short registration.

Send "subscription status" — Kukui will show when the subscription ends, how many days are left, and the billing type.

Send "upgrade subscription" — you'll receive a secure payment link.

Send "renew subscription" — for manual renewal after expiration.

Cancel

Send "cancel subscription" — you'll be asked to confirm. The subscription will remain active until the end of the period and won't be charged again.

Leaving Steps

Cancel Subscription (if any)

Send "cancel subscription" to prevent future charges. The subscription will remain active until the end of the period.

Export Your Data (Optional)

Send "export data" if you want to keep your lists and tasks before leaving.

Delete or Leave

To leave a family account (general data remains): Send "leave account"
To permanently delete all your data: Send "delete my data"

⚠️ Data deletion is irreversible. Export your data before proceeding.
